_Project
_CC1 is a very small single-seater electric car, born from a thinking about the compactness of land vehicles.
_The more compact and light a vehicle is, the more efficient it will be.
_CC1 is a project of a handcrafted car for a small series production.
_CC1 reuses a large number of existing components available on the market of standardized equipment.
_CC1 is homologated in various categories
( M1, L7E, "Kei Car") thanks to its contained dimensions.
_CC1 is composed of a fully equipped rolling base which can receive several different bodies of which I show two examples:
_A "Classic" version with a carefull aerodynamic of 3m10 of length for 630 kg.
_A "Café Racer" version, lighter and shorter 2m77 in length for 580 kg.
_The hybrid chassis is composed of a welded multi-tubular Chromoly structure and a set of 3 parts in composite materials screwed on the tubular chassis.
_CC1 is equipped with a hybrid carbon/steel front crash box.
_The suspensions are double wishboned and equipped with anti-roll bars and high quality shock absorber.
_CC1 receives two batteries installed in two structural carbon boxes on the sides of the chassis and contributing to the rigidity of the vehicle.
_The two batteries, with a total capacity of 30 KWh and 96 V, are protected by side crash boxes.
_CC1 can be equipped with different engines ranging from 15 KW (L7E) to 80 KW.
_CC1 is equipped with an integrated charger allowing a wide range of recharging possibilities.
_The design of the CC1 "Classic" pays tribute to the racing cars of the 1960's with very soft lines combined with very taut ones to render a naturally simple volume.
_The design of the CC1 "Café Racer" version emphasizes a technical aspect where function guides the shape and where particular care has been taken with every visible element.
_A lot of work has been done to balance the volumes and to make the whole thing balanced and homogeneous, which is not easy on such a small volume.
_Access to the cockpit in CC1 "Classic" model is improved by a tilting door.
_The control HMI includes an econometer, charge and range indicator, speed information and standard alerts.
_The "Café Racer" version of CC1 has a storage capacity of 45 liters.
_The "Classic" version has an additional 60 liters in the rear trunk.
