K-Boat

_K-Boat is the first model of the "Vitesse" series by David Bonnot (Kouma).

_The "Vitesse" series begins with K-Boat which is just the first model of a set that will be constitued of multiple works inspired by the means of transport that travelled thru the world since the beginning of the 20th century.

_There will be boats, but also cars, planes, motorcycles, submarines and many other machines.

_K-boat pays tribute to the liners of the 1930s that sailed on the oceans in search of records and the famous blue ribbon, which rewarded the speed record for crossing the Atlantic towards New York.

_It is the symbol of a bygone era when companies competed fiercely with considerable means for a simple ribbon.

Model 48 cm

_The 48 cm K-Boat models are available for order, don't hesitate to contact me.

_In the "Vitesse" series, each physical model is produced in small series, but systematically decorated with different colors.

_In a first step, 20 unique K-Boat models of 48 cm length and numbered will be produced.

_Each model will be signed, dated, secured and identified by its own serial number.

_The models are made of aluminum and stabilized resin, machined and painted with a finish, adjustment and assembly by hand by the designer.

_A manufacturing delay is necessary so that I can make this model myself in my workshop. The delay will be estimated at the time of the order, the model being manufactured individually by hand.

_The delivery, the VAT and the customs charges are in charge of the buyer.

_It is necessary to go through a carrier specialized in works of art and to take an insurance for the transport (Contact me to know the amount).
